100 movies in a year: 2008
I was going through, trying to sort shit out --oh, yes, even my journal has to be organized-- and I realized I abondened last year's 100 movies thingy. So I'm starting one for this year, and I'll try not to leave it half-assed.

Movies I've watched this year:
(not in any kind of order)

DO NOT WATCH! = I wasted hours of my life on this?!
EH = Nothing on TV? Pop in this movie, it's good to kill time.
GOOD = Worth a movie ticket or rental.
REALLY GOOD = Worth owning.
LOVE. = MUST OWN! Will watch over and over again.

030. The Babysitters: GOOD: Only maybe worth a rental, imo, and not really a movie ticket.
029. Into the Wild: LOVE
028. Cashback: LOVE
027. Lars and the Real Girl: LOVE
026. Martian Child: LOVE
025. I'm Not There: LOVE
024. Bridge to Terabithia: LOVE
023. Ocean's 13: GOOD
022. 30 Days of Night: LOVE-- Finally saw it. Vamps? Count me in.
021. The Bad Mother's Handbook: EH, but I loved loved dork Rob =D
020. The Orphanage: GOOD-- The ending is stupid, but the movie did manage to make me jump out of my skin a few times.
019. The Haunted Airman: LOVE-- I'll admit I only watched this to see Rob half-naked, but it was a damn good movie.
018. Across the Universe: LOVE-- Who knew I'd be singing along to The Beatles at the top of my lungs? Heh. I still think they're way over-rated, but the movie is perfect.
017. Funny Games: REALLY GOOD-- My friend I watched it with hated it, but I loved it. I probably would hate it too if I didn't read about it beforehand. I'm curious about the original now.
016. Mozart and the Whale: GOOD-- My mom's friend had asked me to download this. It's cute and touching beyond words.
015. Atonement: LOVE-- James McAvoy really doesn't do anything to me though.
014. Beowulf: LOVE-- This was fucking brilliant. I really wish I got to see it at the theater.
013. Factory Girl: REALLY GOOD
012. The Other Boleyn Girl: GOOD-- I'm currently reading the book and wishing I read it before I saw the movie.
011. There Will Be Blood: GOOD
010. Recep Ivedik: DO NOT WATCH! -- Fuck this movie, and fuck the commercials the dude appears in. And fuck the day I agreed to see it.
009. Stardust: LOVE -- "Love" pretty much explains it.
008. Melissa P: EH -- Again, has its own post here.
007. Teeth: GOOD -- Freaky shiz; I'm telling you. Watched it once; been there, done that, never again.
006. Juno: REALLY GOOD -- Already made a whole post about this one. You can see that here.
005. P.S. I Love You: EH -- I actually liked this more than an "eh," but I'm glad I didn't pay to see it. I usually put it on while I'm knitting, etc. and need something in the background.
004. Sleuth: LOVE -- Randomly picked this at the movies because my friend and I saw Jude Law and Michael Kane's name. Guess what? It turned out to be a kick-ass movie. Apparently it's a remake, but I haven't seen the original.
003. REC: LOVE -- I do not wish to own this though. Getting scared once was enough!
002. Wanted: REALLY GOOD -- I actually wish I was able to see this at the movies.
001. The Dark Knight: LOVE

I wasn't too crazy about Juno, but it's a very cute movie, and I love the soundtrack.

I didn't mean to number them like that. If I did, Sleuth would be #1 out of these ;)

I watched it with my sister and one of our friends. We were literally screaming out loud. My sister was too and it was her second time seeing it!

i didn't know you did this!

it's funny, back in january i made just a notepad file named 2008 & i've kept track of all the movies, books & concerts from this year. i've got like 85 movies & 25 books. which kind of disappoints me.

lars = <333
& martian child!

there are too many movies i still need to see. ps i love you is definitely one. & i am the only person on earth who hasn't seen dark knight & juno.

I always try to do it and then forget, hahah. I signed up for goodreads.com, and I only have 80 books there, which should've been 8000000, but I can't remember everything I've read off the top of my head! I should also have a 50 Books in a Year post somewhere even though I've only just finished book 19, which is pretty sad.

I've become a torrent maniac when it comes to movies, hahah. I'm really gonna have to bite the bullet and get an external hard drive soon.
