Spoiler alert.
First off, I'm rather disappointed with myself that I didn't figure out this was a series. Thank goodness this was just the second one, so I've mooched the first book right away and can't wait for it to arrive. Either way, Added to Scrapbook 2009

I could not put this book down! It was very well told, and although Alex Cross is the main character, I loved how the story moved around the killers and the women as well. I also like the one-line surprises in between, like when Cross visits Kate the second time she's in the hospital, he lets you know Casanova is someone related to the police because she was just in the hospital room with Kate without anyone freaking out about it. I don't know how I feel about the last 2-3 chapters because the ending seemed to stretch out a little more than it should, but it was a very exciting, creepy journey.

I like James Patterson books! Have you read "Honeymoon"? It's fantastic! I haven't read this one. I should read it. :)

This was actually my first time reading anything by him, and now I can't wait to read the rest of the series! Apparently "Honeymoon" isn't a part of this Alex Cross series, but I'll definitely check it out when I can.

=) I love sicko psycho-killer stories. Apparently, the first book of the series is "Along Came a Spider," which I think is also made into a movie, but I didn't know so haven't read that one yet. I'm waiting for my copy to arrive, but I didn't feel like I was missing much because he doesn't refer to it that often, and when he does, he kinda explains what he's referring to.

Awesome. Yes along came a spider was made into a movie. I guess it was a prequel film to the kiss the girls one before. I think.

Yeah, apparently. I'm just gonna ditch the movies though 'cos even though I love Morgan Freeman, I don't think they'll be as good as the book.

Apparently, it is, and Morgan Freeman plays Alex Cross! I'm not sure if I wanna watch it though 'cos there's so much going on that there's no way they could squeeze all of it into 2 hours.

It's weird 'cos only the title "Along Came a Spider" sounded familiar to me about the whole thing, and I think that's because it hasn't been long since they've released that movie.
