| I was cleaning my room (again) and again I found old stuff. Below is my 12-year-old self who wrote and submitted a little something to the student publication. And those dumbasses published it, hahah. I cannot believe they wouldn't even FIX it before printing it. Anyway... I've looked at the date, and this was written 6 months from the day I started learning English, which explains how much it sucks. And I don't have anything to say about the subject matter-- I guess I was born fucked up. * * * * *I've been reading Neil Gaiman's The Graveyard Book and loving it. And then, earlier this evening, I was checking his journal and found this: he himself is reading the chapters, which is pure magic. I've been reading AND listening for a while now, and I'm in heaven. I've also noticed that I have the UK version of the book, and he's reading the US version because chapel became church and trainers became sneakers to name a few. * * * * *Lastly, I just got an e-mail from Amazon about my pre-ordering the Twilight DVD months ago. I really am not that desperate since I already have it on my computer and all, but it was a good laugh. ( Under the cut )And now I'm going back to my book. | |

| 01. Reply to this post and I'll assign you a letter. 02. List (and upload, if you feel like it) 5 songs that start with that letter. 03. Post them to your journal with these instructions.Miss Sarah seethrulingerie gave me the letter "M." - Moonland - Nick Cave & the Bad Seeds
- Meds - Placebo
- Mouth Cradle - Björk
- Missed Me - The Dresden Dolls
- Merman - Tori Amos
If you want any of the songs, let me know and I'll upload. I don't want to waste the time if nobody's gonna take them. Makes sense, right? I was gonna go to Buyukada with a bunch of my single friends Friday night so we could avoid Valentine's Day and just party. Doesn't look like it'll happen because the weather's not on our side. Thankfully, Jack & Jill by James Patterson, which is the third book after Kiss the Girls, came in today. So it looks like I do have a date after all, with Mr. Alex Cross. ETA: I almost forgot; here are pictures of padme_370's Team Edward beanie... ( One more )Yes, I did make Edward himself wear it, and my grandmother was cracking up as I was taking the photos. Bigger versions are at my Flickr.

| Guys... I haven't realized how fucking shitty that torrent is until tonight. And it doesn't come with a flyer and a bookmark =P (See? I'm still so hyper and giddy that I'm using shit like =P) Orgasmed much? Indeed I have! EDIT: I just typed this into my blogger and feel like I should add it in here as well... What did I see that I haven't seen before?
Rob's skin: I love love LOVED how you can tell he's just shaved. His arm and chest hairs: although I'm not generally a fan of any of that. The sparkle: wow, he does actually very much sparkle in the movie. That was impossible to see watching the torrent. The vampire eyes: these were also impossible to notice watching the torrent. And lastly, my favorite, ROB'S RED CHEEKS! I know this should be considered a mistake or fault or whatever considering vampires shouldn't actually have red cheeks, but gosh did that kill me.
Is there more? Probably. But I'm still too hyper to remember right now.

| FUCK YOU.I can't even bother saying anything else. | |

| Still very sick, but... Day 2: I'm knitting her mittens for myself in purple to match my coat. | |

| Thanks to lovely Mel, squidpipe, I downloaded and watched Twilight. The visual quality was pretty poor, but not unbearable, although seeing it in full color will definitely get me even more hyper and giddy. Anyways... I'm glad I did because they pushed the Turkish release date from Dec. 12th to Jan. 5th! So, anyways... I have to write about this. Don't read if you don't want to. And there WILL be spoilers, so don't jump the cut if you haven't seen it yet and want to. ( Spoilers )I feel like I had a lot more to say, but I can't think right now. I'm off to dreamland now. Will check back when I get my head screwed back on. EDIT: Heheheheh. | |

| Friday night was just plain insane. A lot of people promised themselves they wouldn't do certain things ever again, hahah. That's all I'm gonna say about that.
I got home Saturday morning around 7am, but couldn't sleep. I ended up passing out while reading, around 4pm, I think, and when I woke up, it was 11:45 on Sunday. Whoa! We did crash at a friend's, and now I have a running nose because I'm sure we totally forgot the windows were open.
I went to see the nutritionist on Thursday. I was fucking scared; I don't know why. But apparently I lost 800gr, which isn't much, but on top of that 1,5kg of body fat is gone. Yeah; go me!
Every time I watch Stranger Than Fiction, I find myself wishing Dustin Hoffman was my professor for at least one of the literature classes I've taken.
I've had Horses by Tori Amos on repeat for almost the whole week. It's probably not healthy, but if there is a way to find you, I will find you. You know?
I'm making Eclipse socks for Kathy, and I finished one, but the yarn I used makes it very uncomfortable. I'm gonna need to find something a lot softer and then re-make it. Here's what it looks like:
